How do I know if my child needs help?

 

Take a look at our "does my child need help?" page.  If your child is showing that they are not showing some of the key skills at their age range, they may need help.  Filling in our contact form is free and if you provide more details, then our therapists can let you know if our service will be of help to you and your child.

How easy is it to carry out the assessment activities that I video?

 

We will send you some very simple activities to carry out.  Do not worry about how you do the activities, we are looking at how your child responds - we do all of the hard work when we view it.

What do I need to do to  transfer the video over to Communicam?

 

Upon receipt of your completed registration form, you will be sent a personal and safe link via Dropbox to access your own personal file where your video can be uploaded.

How safe is it to send the video?

 

Dropbox is highly secure and your video is only accessed by our therapists who work under strict professional guidelines.

Do I have to wait a long time to receive my activity pack?

 

You should receive your pack within 2 weeks of us viewing your video, or even sooner on more straight forward cases.

What help will I receive when I receive my pack?

 

We are sure that you will be easily able to carry out your activities, but if you are having some specific difficulties then you canemail us and we will help you as much as we can.

What happens when my child achieves all of their targets that you have set?

 

If you still have concerns, then you can send another contact form and we will decide if you require a further cycle of help.
